Appointment cancellation
When booking online, payment will be required at checkout to complete your booking.
Please note some treatments require a patch test to ensure the treatment will be suitable for your skin type. These must be conducted at least 24-hours prior to your treatment or I will not be able to complete it.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible so we can rearrange this for you.
You must inform me of any cancellation with at least 24-hours' notice or your payment will be non-refundable.
No shows are charged 100%
