Using light pressure on specific points around the sacrum and cranium, it aims to encourage the release of tension and blockages, supporting the body's natural ability to relax and restore balance. The session concludes with soothing Reiki, allowing you to settle into a deeper state of calm and promoting a sense of harmony between body and mind.
