Continue your Spinal Flow journey with a dedicated one-to-one session, focusing on the effects of physical, chemical and emotional stress held within the body. Your **45-minute Spinal Flow Technique treatment** uses gentle contact at specific access points along the sacrum, spine and cranium. This gentle approach aims to release tension, encourage deep relaxation and support the body's natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing. Following your 45-minute treatment, an additional 15 minutes is allowed for you to unwind, reflect on your experience and leave feeling unhurried. Please allow 60 minutes for your appointment, which includes 45 minutes of Spinal Flow Technique treatment and 15 minutes to unwind afterwards.
