Service Description

Your first Spinal Flow experience begins with a comprehensive consultation, including a Postural and Gateway Assessment to explore areas of tension and the effects of physical, chemical and emotional stress on the body. Following your assessment, you will receive your 45-minute Spinal Flow Technique session. Using gentle contact at specific access points along the sacrum, spine and cranium, this technique aims to encourage relaxation, ease tension and support the body's natural ability to restore balance. Your appointment concludes with 15 minutes of quiet time, allowing you to rest, unwind and reflect on your experience before leaving the wellness centre. Please allow 90 minutes for your initial appointment.
