Reflexology is a calming and restorative holistic therapy focused on specific reflex points on the feet that are thought to mirror the body’s systems and organs. Through carefully applied pressure techniques, the treatment encourages deep relaxation, supports wellbeing, and creates space for the body and mind to rebalance naturally.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please do contact me as soon as possible so I can rearrange this for you. You must inform me of any cancellation with at least up to 24-hours notice or after your payment will be non-refundable. No shows are charged 100% Please note, for cancellation purposes this does not include weekends.
